How do guests find their table?+
Share your event link or QR code. Guests open it in any browser, search for their name, and see which table they’re assigned to — no app download required.
Do guests need to create an account?+
Name lookup works without signing in. For the shared photo gallery, guests sign in so uploads can be attributed to the right person after they link themselves on the guest list.
How does the event photo gallery work?+
Guests visit your event’s gallery page, find their name on the list, then they can upload and browse photos in the event's shared gallery.
Does there need to be wifi or a phone signal for the event?+
Yes, this is on online app and your guests will need to be online to use it.
Can I download the entire gallery of images?+
Yes, the organizer can download the entire gallery of images as a zip file at any time.
How much does it cost?+
Just $99 for one event. One simple price covers your event’s seating tools, gallery, adding co-hosts, and guest experience for that celebration. The event stays active for 60 days after you make it live (published). Basically, two months from the day of the event.
